Booking Policy

Deposit

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the loss of your $50 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment when the 48-hour notice requirement is met.

Hair Provided

Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise discussed prior to your appointment.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guest Policy

One guest is permitted per appointment. For safety, comfort, and limited space, additional guests are not allowed.
